Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@varsarova.com with photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
